In addition to being eligible for the Main Draw, all MILLIONAIRE LIFE tickets purchased by 11:59 p.m. CT/10:59 p.m. MT/9:59 p.m. PT on February 14th, 2009 are eligible to win one of 14 Early Bird Prizes of $100,000 drawn on February 28th, 2009. Tickets purchased prior to the Early Bird deadline contained the text, "THIS TICKET IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE 14 EARLY BIRD PRIZES OF $100000.00 TO BE DRAWN ON SAT FEB28 09 "
Thirty-nine (39) eight-digit winning numbers will be selected from MILLIONAIRE LIFE Selections purchased across Canada. To be entitled to a prize drawn, a Selection must match all eight digits in the exact order drawn.

Unlike most lottery games, MILLIONAIRE LIFE winning numbers will be drawn only from the Selections that have been sold. Therefore, the odds of winning on the game are determined by the number of tickets sold.
